I AM ME

Be at peace
within yourself,
if you want
eternal health.

Let calm and peace
be at your side,
to keep your heart
open wide.

Look at you
for what you are,
be at peace with that
don't make scars.

Look inside
dig down deep,
that one is you
a friend to keep.

You are not alone
for we are there,
with one small call
we come quite near.

So when you're down
and in despair,
hold out your hand
we will be there.

We give you strength
we wipe your tears,
well hold you up
we disperse your fears.

So hear me now
when you are quiet,
if you allow us
we will be your pilot.
