Spiritual Healing for Organized Religion Refugees By Breianne Pryse Massage Therapist, Bioset Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist Once you've been practicing alternative healing for awhile, you chose a specialty. I decided that I wasn't going to specialize in a technique. Instead, I chose to specialize in groups of people. One of the groups chosen for me: Organized Religion Refugees. This is a bigger group than you think. I consider anyone an Organized Religion Refugee who has 1) been physically or psychologically damaged by organized religion experiences and/or 2) cut themselves off from Creator/Source/God due to trauma suffered in a traditional church. Regardless of how long ago the problems occurred, the energy from these experiences tends to stay within the body, often manifesting in physical and psychological problems. Now… this is not to criticize organized religion. If you are happy in your church, congratulations! Others haven't been so fortunate. Some examples of O.R.R.'s: 1) a woman donated large quantities food to a church food bank. When her husband became ill, she asked for some food to feed her family, only to be denied because it was only for 'needy people'. 2) A woman sent an email to a priest, asking for help because her husband was beating her. The response she received was that if she was being a good wife, she wouldn't be beaten. 3) A man was continually beaten and abused by nuns during his days of Catholic school. Why would this group want to go through a healing process? Besides the physical ramifications, they know there's something missing in their lives. They just don't know what it is. The Creator desires a relationship with everyone, regardless of their past. This healing process helps to heal the body while re-establishing this bond. Skip forward to months and even years after they left the church. Though there are exceptions to the rule, these people, who come from all walks of life, encompass virtually all races and religions, generally share some common traits: 1. They have an abnormal amount of anger, disappointment and grief. The anger at the responsible humans and Creator lands directly in the liver. Disappointment concerning the integrity of God stores in the stomach. Grief over the end/death of their relationship with their Creator plunges deep into the lungs. The result: liver, stomach, and/or lung problems. Sometimes these are simple like a chronic upset stomach but can be a serious condition like asthma, tumors, …etc. 2. Due to the emptiness in their heart and soul, they become prone to addictions and compulsive behaviors. 3. They spend an inordinate amount of time searching for something to fill the void in their lives but rarely stick with anything for long. This includes people, relationships, hobbies, jobs, and other aspects of life. 4. This group usually has intense allergies to calcium and magnesium. Most of the time, these need to be resolved before their bodies are able to assimilate these vital nutrients. Great news! There are specific steps you can take to heal yourself. The basic healing blueprint I use: 1. Cut the energy cords to the church and the people associated with religion. 2. Pull the emotions out of the organs. 3. Hypnotherapy, theta healing, and/or core issue removal to ease the emotional scars. 4. Gentle Soul Pulling to de-fragment and repair the soul. 5. Soul Reconciliation between the person and Creator to repair the relationship. 6. BIOSET or another technique to eliminate allergies to foods and/or substances. 7. Spiritual counseling to determine a belief system and become comfortable with it. Now, upon completion of the 7 steps, the program must be customized to meet each individual's needs. I find that by this time, most of the problems are healed or on the healing path.
