Carolyn Harrington's paintings can be found in the Bellport Lane Art Gallery of which she is a founding member and partner. Mrs. Harrington has studied oil and watercolor with many well known and published artists. She is a member of numerous art associations including the Suffolk County Chapter of The National League of Pen Women. Carolyn is listed in the Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Industry and Business. Carolyn's Gallery has been favorably reviewed in many articles in the New York Times and Mrs. Harrington's paintings themselves have received numerous accolades. Articles about Carolyn and her paintings have also appeared in other local newspapers. In 1997 she was honored by the Town of Islip, New York, for her contributions in art. She has won numerous ribbons and awards for her oils, watercolors and monoprints, including 1st place in Oil and Watercolor and Best of Show. Her paintings are in private and business collections in the USA and abroad.
