I am frequently asked about Acupuncture and if it hurts. My answer is "If I use needles, it rarely hurts...and I rarely use needles." Acupuncture is a principle, not a technique. Acupuncture points can be stimulated non-invasively in many ways. So don't worry, if you are afraid of needles, you can still enjoy the benefits of Acupuncture!
I work hard for my clients, and only require an average of 3-6 sessions to help most of my clients dramatically improve their quality of life, and help them correct many of their health concerns. Many times only 1 or 2 visits are needed! Serious, chronic, and long standing health concerns obviously require more visits and ongoing maintenance.
Only the necessary supplements are recommended, less is usually more. I usually save my patients $50 or more a month in supplements by streamlining what they take with targeted nutraceuticles from a reputable company.
