He brings forward information chiefly from the perspective of spiritual psychology and philosophy. Dr Williams does not follow any dogma. His teachings are universal truths but he has also gathered from the ancient eastern philosophies of, including the Indian Yogic texts of Vedanta, The Upanishads and Kashmir Shaivism. These texts include teachings and poems from many poet-saints who tell of their meditation journeys. They describe the highest possible state of human consciousness and how to attain it. Many of these yogic scriptures are accounts of people who have gone before us into the inner realms and have come to Self-realization. They can remind us from where we have come and provide a map for our journey, illuminating our own true path. Dr. Williams strives to increase the consciousness of humankind through raising personal understanding. Often he will say that it is your responsibility and your privilege to increase your awareness. Dr. Williams represents the embodiment of Shakti and is truly the expression of love and pure consciousness. The primary goal of Dr. Williams' journey is to end suffering, and to lead individuals to an understanding of their own divinity and greatest potential.
