Hypnotherapy is transforming many aspects of the health and counseling professions. We are honored to have a major role in this. We have led the way for 3 decades by teaching powerful, innovative therapy methods of ourselves and others to thousands of graduates from over 30 countries, including many leaders in the field.

In an intimate, supportive setting, we teach hypnotherapy as a career and for expanding the skills of healing arts professionals. Hypnosis can be a wonderful spiritual tool within any of the health and counseling professions for those practitioners who have received a thorough, eclectic training. HTI's comprehensive 150-300 hour programs have all major approvals, including state of California licensure and diplomas, ACHE Certification, and State Board of Behavioral Sciences and Board of Registered Nursing approved CEUs.

The curriculum is presented in two formats. The Accelerated courses are designed for persons from around the world to come to the San Francisco area to take our training in a concentrated format. The courses that meet on a series of weekends are designed for the convenience of northern Californians.

Forging New Directions in an Emerging Healing Field

Including powerful live demonstrations and practice, we teach a wide variety of transpersonal hypnotherapy methods, including emotional clearing regression, Quantum Hypnosis, Transforming Therapy, Ericksonian, NLP, advanced ideomotor methods, hypno-healing, inner child processes, Hypnotic Dreamwork, and the integration of Gestalt, psychosynthesis, intuition and holotropic breathwork.

The Teachers of the Teachers

Randal Churchill is President of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, the largest and oldest Hypnotherapy Certification agency. He is author of the award-winning books, Become the Dream and Regression Hypnotherapy.

Marleen Mulder, ACHE Vice President, has made a highly creative art of therapy for crisis situations, addictions, major transitions and spiritual growth, and has travelled the world to give trainings to therapists on four continents.

The legendary Ormond McGill, The Dean of American Hypnotists, teaches on selected days of each program. He has written over 25 books including several classics. In the field since 1927, he is currently experiencing tremendous creativity and productivity.
